On March 13, Debbie Goettel received the DFL endorsement in Hennepin County, District 5 for the 2024 Primary and General Elections. She won this vote by acclimation, as there were no challengers.
She would like to thank the delegates for their support, and also thank the party volunteers who do the work to organize endorsing conventions. The party would not function without the often thankless work that happens every day at the grass roots level to bring democrats together to find consensus, and move priorities and candidates forward.
