Debbie Goettel elected to Hennepin County Board

Debbie Goettel Welcome to our campaign website. I want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you to all the voters who participated in the Election on November 8th. Whether you voted for me or not I pledge to work hard for you every day on the Hennepin County Board. I want to thank my opponent Maureen Scallen Failor for running a strong campaign. I enjoyed our very substantive issue focused debates and I wish you well. I want to thank the DFL Party, my friends in organized Labor, the business and community leaders who endorsed me, and everyone who made a contribution to the campaign. Your endorsements as well as your advice, your counsel, and your financial support were key to our victory. Finally, I want to thank my family, friends, volunteers, and campaign staff who worked so hard and supported me every step of the way. Campaigns are hard work. Your encouraging Facebook posts, supportive texts, and smiling faces out on the campaign trail really kept me going when I was tired and the hours were long. Thank you! Now I'm ready to get to work. There is much to be done.
Thank you, Debbie
